The art of Van Gogh, Monet, Bonnard, Mashkov and Korovin, Shishko and Glushchenko always admired Olena Brazhnyk. This tradition became the basis which the artist has not changed for a long time and which is palpable in her artworks. We can say that the artist very early and for a long time found her style, her circle of motifs and picturesque passion.

My works are shadows, imprints of experiences and thoughts, sometimes fantasies, related to man and nature and the environment in which I live. In general, it is difficult to verbally defend one's works. It's easier to draw because I realize that there is always a danger of incompatibility of practical cases with theoretical positions and statements. I want my rehearsal contributed to their harmony.

To create is to improve and supplement what is around you. That's why nowadays I often use corrugated cardboard for packaging. For which I am sometimes accused: "Can't you trim, trim, decorate?" Is this really the main thing? We have already developed a habit - to clean, decorate, wrap in the summer - and it should be good. But the main thing is the content, what is inside. To take something used and make a work out of it is what I am interested in now.

Beauty, in my opinion, in a simple image-symbol, clear, easy to read, because in the complex it is difficult to read and evaluate. You can talk about many things using the same element, and there are many.

Olga Yerofeeva is a graphic artist, painter, master of monumental and decorative art, she is a truly authoritative and experienced master who knows almost all techniques of monumental art - encaustic, enamel, batik, mosaic and others. She developed her own author's version of easel painting using levkas, where she was able to realize the unity of painting and graphics, to achieve a sense of renewal at the modern stage of this ancient and now rare technique.

I no longer wanted to act as taught in academic classrooms, I did not want to be normal - that is, I did not want to be like everyone else.
