Payment and delivery of paintings and sculptures
The site accepts USD, EUR and UAH (Ukrainian Hryvnia). Payments can be performed in other currencies. Please refer to the prices indicated on the site. Currencies are converted according to the exchange rates established by the National Bank of Ukraine.

Once the artwork has been delivered to you by courier within Kyiv, we ask that you verify the artwork has been received in good condition and pay cash on delivery. Once the artwork has been delivered to you by Nova Post company within Ukraine, you pay cash on delivery with an additional commission for money transfer.
You can pay for the artwork via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and China UnionPay online by choosing in the cart "By Card Online" and confirm the order. Stripe payment platform fee is 3.0% and is paid by the buyer
Payments can be performed through international money transfer services, including Western Union, MoneyGram, Wise, TransferGo, and other alternatives. Ukrainian customers can transfer money to PrivatBank card. The site performs international SWIFT money transfers up to 115,000 UAH (4,000 USD). We accept SEPA money transfers of up to 1,000 EUR using our European bank account. A fee for the money transfer is paid by the customer. Order is shipped after payment is received.
If the customer chooses to pay via PayPal, the site e-mails the invoice. An additional 3.9% fee for the money transfer is paid by the customer.
Delivery of Ukrainian art across the globe
Delivery across Kyiv and Ukraine
KyivGallery delivers paintings and sculptures to customers located in Kyiv, Ukraine, and other countries around the world. Delivery is not included in the price of the painting or sculpture. Delivery costs vary depending on the location. Delivery fees and time frames – see below.
Orders are shipped and delivered by trustworthy and reliable delivery services. The site has cooperated with the delivery companies for many years and guarantees the lowest shipment and delivery rates. We do all possible to ensure that orders are delivered undamaged, safe and secure at all times. Each item is packed exceptionally well. Your order will reach its destination within minimal time frames.
If you are not sure whether the chosen painting or sculpture will blend into your interior, we will gladly bring a few different artworks for you to choose the most suitable piece(s).
Please choose the fast-delivery option in filters if you wish your order to be shipped and delivered in the shortest time frame.
Cash on delivery option is available. The delivery company charges customers according to their rates.
International orders are shipped after payment. Special permission to send paintings and sculptures outside Ukraine is required. It takes us 1-2 business days to obtain all necessary documents. In order to avoid possible issues, please be accurate when filling in the order form. You must indicate correct name, postal address, zip code, delivery address, phone number and e-mail. Once the order is shipped, the site will mail you the tracking number. Visit the site of the chosen delivery company or postal service to track your order online.

Watercolor and pastel paintings as well as pencil and ballpoint pen artwork can be shipped in a tube. That will increase the delivery speed and reduce the delivery cost mentioned above.
In order to avoid damage, we strongly recommend you should never remove oil and acrylic paintings from canvases to be shipped in a tube. The money you will pay for the canvas-stretching services in your country is very likely to be significantly bigger than that you pay for the standard delivery of the painting in its original canvas.
Besides the delivery charges, international delivery may include additional charges and duties paid by the customer:
- permission to ship artworks outside Ukraine;
- art insurance (in case the customer wishes to insure the artworks for a sum exceeding the standard insurance cost);
- packaging costs in case the customer asks for any extra packaging services;
- international customs fees determined by the country the artwork is being sent to. Please contact your country's customs office to determine what additional costs may arise when receiving paintings and sculptures.
