Painting “Still life №2” (2010)
Minimalist still life with empty jugs, this is my memory of studying at Vitaly Lenchin's studio. This artist taught me a lot, but unfortunately he is not alive now. At that time I was inspired by post impressionism, specifically by Paul Cezanne. I was also inspired by Giorgio Morandi's still lifes. Also in this work there is a noticeable Cubist influence, namely Picasso.
