Purchasing on KyivGallery
In some cases, collectors will need to pay taxes and customs duties on the masterpiece depending on the country of residence/delivery. In addition to the cost of artwork and shipping, the buyer is responsible for international customs duties and taxes of the country to which the artwork was shipped. Please contact your country's customs office to determine what additional costs may be incurred prior to purchase.
The purchased artwork is sent from Kyiv to the specified delivery address. If the paintings are outside Ukraine at international exhibitions or biennials, delivery will be made from there.
You can. If you are absolutely sure that you do not need the artwork, please contact our Support Service. Please note that all buyers have the right to cancel their order at any time before despatch and can return the artwork 14 days after the delivery date if they are not satisfied with the artwork. After sending the package with the purchased artwork, our support team will provide you with a tracking number and a website where you can get the most up-to-date information on the location of the package. If the shipment was made using the Ukrposhta or EMS courier service, the parcel can also be tracked on the website of your national post office, for example, Deutsche Post, USPS, Royal Mail, etc.

You can buy a gift certificate for the purchase of works of art by modern Ukrainian artists on the page Gift Card. You can use the card within one year from the date of purchase during checkout.
