If they are made in a specific medium like lithography, etching, aquatint or screenprint, they are usually printed in series by the Ukrainian artist, not by the printer. The sculptures, representing the diversity of Ukrainian art, are also made in limited edition series. You can find this information in the description, like 3 of 10

On an individual basis, we can accept an order for a copy of a well-known artwork. Also, Ukrainian artists represented in our gallery can make a free author's copy of their artwork, which was sold. But we do not undertake to make portraits to order using your personal photos, since this type of creativity is not our specialty.

Yes, we have the opportunity to reserve chosen Ukraine artwork for up to 14 days. To do this, you need to send a request with the subject “Reservation of a painting / sculpture” to our email box hello@kyiv.gallery, you can also do it over the phone, with brief information: the term and reason for the reservation; the title of the work of art and the name of the author; your contact details. After receiving such a letter, we will call you back or write a reply confirming the reservation of the painting or sculpture, if we have such an opportunity

Although some galleries offer to send paintings purchased by the customer in a tube to save money, we do not recommend this type of packaging for large works made in oils or acrylics on canvas. We recommend this type of packaging exclusively for the delivery of graphic works made on paper with a pencil, ballpoint pen, markers, watercolor or similar techniques. In works made with oil paints, acrylic, pastel, when folding them into a tube, the paint layer may be damaged. When packing Ukrainian artwork in a tube, we use dense material from 2 mm thick, cover the work of art on both sides with sheets of paper, roll it up and close it tightly for safe transportation. Most of Ukrainian paintings and sculptures we send in a cardboard box. Inside the packaging, the artwork is protected by foam sheets or wrapped in layers of bubble wrap. If necessary, we make wooden packaging for safe delivery, so that you receive your work in the same perfect condition as we sent it

Yes. Since we sell only original paintings and sculptures by Ukrainian artists, we carefully ensure that all works are signed by the artist. Usually the author's signature is on the front side of the work in the lower right / left corner or on the back side. The sculptors also imprint the signature at the bottom of the work. Of course, the issue of having a signature on any original work of art remains entirely the prerogative of the author. But, even if the artist has not signed the work, you will always receive a Certificate of Authenticity with the signature of the artist and the characteristics of the work

Each artwork on the site is accompanied by full information and a description, which indicates the size of the artwork, the technique and material of execution, the frame, the year of creation. If the work is delivered in a tube, then the canvas will need to be stretched again on a stretcher, and it is desirable to frame the graphic work in a glass frame so that it can be hung on the wall. The description of the artwork indicates whether the painting has a frame. The frame implies the presence of a hanging system, thanks to which the artwork can be immediately hung on the wall. If the painting is not framed, at your request we can install a system for hanging the work from behind, directly on the stretcher, as modern paintings often do not require additional framing. We can also provide additional framed photographs of the artwork, if the description indicates that the painting is framed, but there is no framed photograph of the painting itself
