Year of birth 1983
Place of birth Kharkiv
Place of living and work Kharkiv
About myself and my artworks

Tetiana Samsonova graduated from calligraphy and oriental painting courses, in which the artist fell in love in her youth, began to engage in martial arts and learn the oriental culture.

The laconic lines, a lot of free space, unexpected compositions, and most importantly - a little laconic, typical of Japanese trivillas, and the art of Zen masters. As little as possible to say, but enough to convey the plan and mood.

All this easy and logical laid down on the life philosophy of Tetiana Samsonova and became native and habitual, like breathing.

First, Tetiana's work is very moving. My acquaintance with her work can be expressed in this way; wherein, all such secrets of her heart... they are actually doing something! Her subjects are captured in all their expressive movement: and not alone average, they are simply astonishing! Her beauty is instilled with color, temperature, and hues + mists, shades, and undertones. Through revealing what she sees, her glimmer of hope is gifted for the coming generations, since it is shared with the world as positive emotional energy! From a few simple years, she has clearly manifested greatness beyond her instructors. Here it is: through the quiet... the rational... you can see the subdued, intricate weavings of nature enveloping the sum of organic elegance she displays throughout. Consistency of quality can be found in each subject, even after intense scrutiny. And yet, her work is so subtle and not over busy. Combining a temperance that is hard to match, and a wild spirit that dances happily with her brushstrokes- there is an outgoing, calm disposition in her images... this artist is certainly one to watch... and recommended fervently, of course! Take heart if you become lucky enough to obtain one of her touching, inspiration-filled, transformative Zen-life artworks! The rest of us will have to wait... :)

I'm happy! I bought excellent painting of Tatiana Samsonova "The wrecks of the Svan Tower". Lush green pines, the ancient stone tower and the snow-white peaks of the mountains are painted by a talented artist with incredible ease and grace !!!

Tatiana's paintings generally captivate with subtlety and realistic manner of creation - in the sense that they convey not only a frozen frame, but also emotion - something that a photograph often lacks, for example. And the painting that moved to live to muy place was love at first sight, it passed the head, the process of thinking, and immediately penetrated into the heart with some kind of kinship of vision and perception. It was the feeling that I myself drew it (not with my hands, of course, but with emotions).

The American philosopher Henry Toro lived for two years in the woods on the shores of Lake Volden in a self-built hut. He did this to prove that modern man is able to lead a simple life and follow his own nature, instead of realizing the expectations of others. I read his book many years ago and it literally fascinated me. Since then, although I haven’t gone to the woods, I have, in a certain sense, always tried to lead light-life, not bothering myself with unnecessary things and people. But who among us can say what he really needs? Sometimes it is very difficult. And sometimes, although this rarely happens - you just know. And then it doesn't matter who (or what) is in front of you - a person, a book or a cute Scottish Fold cat - you open the door and let them into your life. So it was the same thing when I occasionally visited the exhibition in "Lilac" and saw a painting of Tetiana Samsonova "Night lake in the moonlight." And I realized that it was It. That same nonrandom thing. Now this painting lives in my living room. I call it "Cold Moon". Or rather, one of my Friends called her. And he is a master of giving names. At the end of his book, Toro wrote: "If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost, that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them." It seems that now the cold moon will always shine above my castle)
