About myself and my artworks

Tatyana Rusetskaya is an artist working in the genre of mystical ethnoromantism, so the artist herself determines the niche of art that is close to her.

The artist is attracted by the theme of Ukrainian folk art, the rich colors of embroidered towels, the bright intricate patterns of women's festive scarves, the naive and ingenuous images of the folk home icon. Tatyana’s canvases are mostly picturesque and decorative, although at the beginning of her creative work Tatyana took an active part in exhibitions as a graphic artist.

Tatyana considers herself a Ukrainian artist not in a formal sense - but in fact, because her interest lies in the plane of national self-identification, although this does not prevent her from feeling like a man of the world, freely combining seemingly incompatible things with multicultural significance in her works.
